PORTLAND, OR – An Asset Purchase Agreement, long sought by Benco Dental
to acquire the operations, knowledge and industry-leading “know how” of
American Dental Industries, Inc. (“ADI”) (through an affiliate of Benco Dental,
Mobile Healthcare Ventures, Inc.) has been cancelled by both parties due to their
mutual inability to reach final terms. Benco Dental previously announced a
successful Asset Purchase Agreement in June of 2021.
ADI continues to set the highest standards for the mobile dental industry by
integrating the most current medical and dental technology with cost effective,
innovative, and functional designs.
Tim Kitch, ADI’s president, stated that “ADI remains open for business and will
continue to serve as the premier source for custom, mobile dental/medical
operatory clinics. Additionally, we wish to personally thank everyone at Benco
Dental for their long interest and hard work on building a relationship, which
unfortunately did not result in a successful agreement. However, this experience
has made ADI a better and stronger company than ever before.”
